Description
Under current law, landowners can kill any wildlife if they pose an immediate threat to life, property, or crops. SB391 would restrict this authority to predators, including bears, cougars, and bobcats, and require that the Dept. of Game & Fish provide assistance to landowners to prevent or remedy property damage or physical harm resulting from predators or other wildlife.
